Early releases at The Arc in Harrow

Barratt North London is now taking reservations for apartments at its striking development in Stanley Road, Harrow, ahead of the official sales launch due to take place in November.

As The Arc is still in the early stages of construction, prospective buyers can visit Barratt’s Byron Place development in Wembley, where sales negotiators will be happy to provide them with information on The Arc.

The system provides energy through a wood chip-fuelled biomass boiler, and the resultant heat energy is distributed to the homes via a network of above and below ground pre-insulated pipes.

The system protects the environment by using renewable fuel (wood) which is low polluting and so conserves fossil fuel supplies.
