Isleworth’s Aura is vanishing

Isleworth’s Aura is vanishing Over two-thirds of the homes at Aura, Bellway North London’s landmark development in Isleworth, have been snapped up. It’s no wonder that they’re selling quickly. Aura, on London Road, offers contemporary apartment living with excellent commuter links to central London.

One bedroom apartments begin at £245,995 and two-bedroom apartments begin at £293,495.

Set over six floors, Aura combines stylish living space with the convenience of London on the doorstep.

Ian Sloan, Sales Director of Bellway North London, says: “Aura’s success so far has been phenomenal and we are delighted with its progress. We are creating contemporary homes with a very distinctive look in prime commuter territory. Nearby Isleworth station offers excellent links to Waterloo station within 35 minutes and the site is convenient for the A4 and M4.

“The first block of apartments (Mira) is virtually sold but there is still is a fantastic opportunity to reserve one of the remaining apartments in the Vega block which are due for completion in the summer.”

One and a half acres of the site, set on former commercial land, will be a dedicated public open space including two play areas for children.

The development comes with a package of enhancements for the local community in addition to the children’s play areas. These include over £180,000 contributed to local education services, funding for the nearby Thornbury Playing Fields and contributions to local transport.

Isleworth's facilities include a public library, swimming pool, gym, and an abundance of green spaces including Osterley and Syon Parks. The town was home to Francis Pear’s famous soap making empire for a century from 1862.

Isleworth also has a strong artistic heritage: Joseph Mallord William Turner moved there in 1804 and drew inspiration from the picturesque banks of the Thames. Vincent Van Gogh moved to Isleworth in 1876 to become a teacher and assistant preacher at a local school.

The sales centre and show apartment are open five days a week. For further information visit Bellway.co.uk.
