Barratt to break out the bubbly in Harrow

Barratt to break out the bubbly in Harrow Barratt North London has an excellent track record in Harrow, having converted the former Harrow Hospital in Roxeth Hill into a fabulous residential address with 95 homes, and built 26 new homes at Byron Court in Grant Road in recent years.

Now, Barratt is to break out the bubbly as it celebrates the official sales launch for properties at its striking development, The Arc, on the former Biro factory site in Stanley Road.

The champagne launch will be held on Saturday 19th January from 11am to 6pm in the foyer of The Arc. The development, which comprises 129 private one and two bedroom apartments, 21 two and three bedroom affordable homes, 4000 square feet of office space and an attractive pedestrian plaza, has been selling off-plan from another of Barratt’s schemes in Wembley, but this is the first chance buyers have had to enter the attractive building.

Glyn Hopping, managing director of Barratt North London, says: “We are delighted we will be able to start selling properties from The Arc itself, it makes it so much easier for people to imagine living here. However, with more than 50 per cent already sold though, buyers will have to be quick.”

The smart new sales and marketing suite will have plenty of information, illustrations and product samples to help buyers make their choices, it will also have the ‘Plotfinder’ sales tool which will guide them around individual properties thanks to some clever IT.

The Arc is well-located at the end of Stanley Road, in an attractive area with traditional Victorian terraced homes, shops and cafés. A large Waitrose supermarket is less than a five-minute walk away and the Underground is around a 10-minute walk from the development.

The Arc is currently selling from Byron Place, open Thursday to Sunday 10am to 6pm and Monday 2pm to 6pm.

Prices for apartments at The Arc from £215,000, for a one bedroom apartment and from £275,000 for a two bedroom apartment. All information on Barratt homes is available at Barratthomes.co.uk.
