Having purchased both new and established properties in the past, Mr Bull and his family knew they wanted a new build house when they decided to move from their home in Middlesex last year.

After seeing plans and an initial visit to its attractive leafy location, the couple wasted no time in reserving one of the properties.

Mr Bull explains: “We were specifically looking for a new build home and the fact that this one was in a small secluded close really appealed. Buying new means everything is fitted and ready to move into. This is particularly advantageous when you have children and work long hours. It makes moving that little bit easier and quicker.”

“Older homes can be problematic and time-consuming,” he continues. “You usually need to do some renovating or decorating and there is the issue of an onward chain. Buying early off-plan at Tamarind Close, however, gave us plenty of time to plan and sell our current home. Plus, it gave us the opportunity to get involved at the construction stage, choosing kitchen and bathroom fittings, fixtures and colour schemes to personalise it to our own tastes and needs.”

Mr Bull and his wife were immediately taken by the high quality and location of the Tamarind Close development. The quiet and picturesque setting particularly appealed to the family, being ideal for children as well as in close proximity to a host of amenities for day-to-day living.

“Having never viewed a Belstone home before, I was extremely impressed by the great care and attention they put into their properties.
