8th July 2009 Print
50% sold at Harmony in Isleworth As the housing market picks up, apartments at Harmony in Isleworth are selling strongly: more than fifty per cent of the homes in the first phase have now been reserved.

This smart contemporary development by Inspace Homes of one, two and three bedroom apartments, within easy reach of central London and Heathrow, offers fantastic value with prices starting from just £199,995 and many extras included in the price.

Sue Gresswell, Sales & Marketing Director at Inspace Homes, comments: “It’s our policy to add value by including significant extras at no extra cost. Perhaps most valuable is the free parking space at Harmony, which, at similar developments, can cost as much as £5,000. We also offer free carpets and flooring throughout and a full range of quality kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. It all adds up to a great deal and saves purchasers thousands of pounds.”

Located on Twickenham Road in Isleworth, on grounds once owned by the West Middlesex Hospital, Harmony enjoys a superb position just minutes from the beautiful green expanses of Syon Park and close to the riverside village of Isleworth. In the heart of the fast-growing London Heathrow Quarter, it is just seven miles to London Heathrow and ten miles to Central London. Commuting into the capital is very easy; Syon Lane mainline station, five minutes’ walk away, has regular services into London Waterloo in around half an hour.

Almost equidistant between Hounslow, Richmond and Brentford, each a few miles away, Harmony is within striking distance of a vast range of shopping and entertainment opportunities.

Apartments at Harmony are housed in attractive low-rise buildings set in landscaped grounds and many of the homes have a glazed balcony or terrace.

High specification interiors cleverly use space and light to create a fresh contemporary home. The open-plan living/dining/kitchen has plenty of room for entertaining and includes a well equipped designer kitchen. The two-bedroom apartments have two bathrooms, perfect for visitors or sharing.

Harmony is an energy efficient development with high green credentials. Heating and hot water will be provided by a central biomass boiler, which is expected to exceed energy efficiency targets set by current building regulations by 25 per cent. For people who prefer not to own a car, a Car Club will be launched later this year.
The first apartments at Harmony will be ready for occupation in August 2009, at prices starting from £199,950 for a one-bedroom apartment and £239,950 for a two-bedroom apartment.
