Developer showcases three homes with traditional style

4th January 2007 Print
Manor Farm, Froxfield Just one of the many attractions is that the houses come with the bonus of being able to purchase an additional paddock, making them ideal for people who like the idea of having an extra piece of land with their house.

Offers in excess of £600,000 are being invited for the houses, Norris House, Kates Cottage, and Cranston House. All are four bedroom homes, each with two en-suite bedrooms.

Both Norris House and Cranston House have tiled roofs while Kates Cottage comes with a thatched roof. There are high quality kitchens that include a Rangemaster range for a real country home feel as well as integrated fridge / freezer, dishwasher, and extractor.

“Kates Cottage has been prepared as the show house and will impress all who see it,” says Simon Walker, of the Hungerford office of Dreweatt Neate.

"Froxfield nestles in rolling downs and these new homes fit in really well with their surroundings. Now they are finished, people who view them will be able to appreciate the really high standards of craftsmanship and finish that are a hallmark of all properties built by Greatworth.

Landscaping makes the most of their surroundings, while tasteful furnishings ensure that people who view Kates Cottage will be able to see the huge potential these houses have to offer as family homes.

They are located only three miles from Hungerford, where trains from the mainline station can whisk you to London in around an hour. Marlborough is seven miles in the other direction and the houses themselves have been built close to the green in this historic village that is also noted for its ancient almshouses and medieval church.

It is a village steeped in history, and these new homes complete the latest chapter.”

The houses are open on Saturday and Sunday between 9am and 1pm.
