Leading home builder Persimmon Homes is continuing to invest in Calne, with the announcement that its seventh development at Lansdowne Park will be launched this Spring.

Amberley Place will conclude the developer’s creation of what has been a hugely successful new community at Lansdowne Park. The final development will be a small scheme offering just 12 two bedroom apartments plus two, three bedroom homes.

“Amberley Place marks the end of an era at Lansdowne Park for Persimmon Homes,” commented Catherine Marshall, field sales manager for Persimmon Homes Wessex. “The vast range of properties we have created here, have appealed to purchasers from first time buyers to families and retirees meaning Lansdowne Park is truly a cosmopolitan new community. Four of our developments still have homes to available – Greenacres, Jasmine Court, Walnut Grove and Mayfield – meaning there is still plenty of choice for house hunters, and this final development, Amberley Place will conclude our portfolio.

“I would urge those looking to secure a home at Lansdowne Park to move quickly, as we anticipate there will be a rush to secure the final homes at what has been one of our most successful schemes in the region.”

With two bedroom apartments a particularly popular house choice at Lansdowne Park, those interested in securing an apartment at Amberley Place are urged to register their interest now or risk disappointment.
