New homes for Collingbourne Ducis and Salisbury Tintometer
Persimmon Homes is continuing its investment in Wiltshire with the announcement of developments coming soon to Collingbourne Ducis and Salisbury Tintometer.The two developments, which boast a combined sales revenue in excess of £8 million, have been designed to create intimate communities in both villages.
Collingbourne Ducis, a picturesque village situated between Andover and Marlborough, will comprise of just 25 units encompassing a selection of two, three and four bedroom properties in a variety of two and three storey designs. Meanwhile, Salisbury Tintometer will consist of 24 units, offering a selection of nine one and two bedroom apartments and 15 two and three bedroom homes. It will be ideally situated within walking distance of both the town centre and Salisbury college.
The first release of properties at both developments will take place in April, with first completions currently expected in June.
