The Neale deal

House hunters can visualise life spread out over three floors when they step through the doors to the fabulous three-storey, four-bedroom Neale show home when it opens this weekend (March 24th/25th).
Sandra Hughes, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South West), says: “The Neale has been designed to display contemporary living in a property that holds appeal for buyers from all walks of life. Those who want to experience three-storey living can come to the launch of the Neale this weekend to see for themselves.”
The Neale at Rushmead Park has been decorated with contemporary colours, giving the home a chic, modern finish.
Sandra adds: “A colour scheme of black, lime and cream has been used to add light and space to this stunning three-storey property. Black sofas in the living area on the ground floor contrast with the subdued cream sofas in the lounge on the first floor, with shots of lime running throughout to give it an acidic twist.
“The separate dining room has been dressed with an elegant oak and black marble dining table that seats six, making it the perfect space for entertaining guests.”
The Neale offers home buyers the opportunity to make use of the space provided in any way that suits them. The ground floor features to one side of the staircase a spacious living area and to the other side, a kitchen/dining area.
The first floor boasts the lounge and the master bedroom, which has an en suite bathroom. The second floor is home to a further three bedrooms and the family bathroom.
In addition to the Neale, Redrow is also launching the two-bedroom Argal show apartment. This has been designed with the aspiring couple in mind, taking a palette of black, cream and turquoise to reflect the chic apartment living on offer at Rushmead Park.
The Neale, similar to the show home, at Rushmead Park is currently priced from £210,000. The two-bedroom Argal is priced from £144,000. Other properties at the development include the detached four-bedroom, three-storey Ouse, from £228,000 and the four-bedroom Walkham, which has a ‘ready-made loft conversion’ that adds valuable extra space, priced from £269,000.
Rushmead Park is conveniently located approximately 12 miles from Bath and 24 miles from Bristol, making it ideal for commuters. Trowbridge has a bus and rail network linking the town to surrounding areas with train services to London. Bristol International Airport is approximately 35 miles away.
The development is set on the outskirts of Trowbridge, in Paxcroft Mead, on the edge of the Wiltshire countryside. The town boasts an array of cafes, restaurants and pubs plus health and leisure centres. It also has supermarkets, high street stores, The Shires Shopping Mall and an indoor market.
