Show home to open in Rowde

Persimmon Homes is to open its first show home in Rowde this Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 July. The show home at Persimmon’s Scholars Park development on Springfield Road is a four bedroom detached Blenheim property, stylishly dressed in a palette of neutral shades with accent tones of gold and honey.

Visitors are invited to enjoy refreshments with the Persimmon team this weekend and tour the show home which demonstrates one of a range of imaginative three and four bedroom properties currently being built at Scholars Park.

Persimmon’s first development in Rowde, Scholars Park is already proving popular with house hunters with a third of the total 24 properties already snapped up off-plan:
