A trio of new showhomes at The Piazza in Chippenham

7th August 2007 Print
Barratt Homes’ latest development The Piazza in Chippenham has three new showhomes available to view from Saturday August 18. The two bedroom Roseberry, three bedroom Brandon and three bedroom Essex showcase Barratt’s excellent attention to detail and practical design for a range of buyers.

When completed, The Piazza will be a development of one, two and three bedroom homes to cater for every buyer, from those taking their first steps onto the property ladder to a family looking for a new home.

The semi-detached Roseberry is an appealing two bedroom design with accommodation over two floors. A generous lounge, open plan kitchen dining area and practical downstairs toilet complete the ground floor whilst the first floor consists of two bedrooms and family bathroom. The Roseberry is an excellent choice for first time buyers or those looking to upgrade.

The terraced Brandon is an excellent family home with its three bedrooms on the first floor and a family bathroom. The downstairs living space is divided into an open plan kitchen diner and separate lounge space for entertaining.

The Essex design features a kitchen and separate dining room on the ground floor, perfect for dinner parties. The first floor combines an en-suite to the master bedroom, two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. The Essex is a flexible arrangement of living space with all family needs carefully considered.

Barratt Homes sales director Louise Ware explained how The Piazza adds to Barratt Homes’ portfolio of developments in the Chippenham region, including Saxon Court.

“Saxon Court has proved popular for commuters to Bath and Bristol because of the close proximity and excellent value,” she said.

Chippenham has excellent transport links to Bath, Bristol and Swindon with the mainline station also providing peak journey times of less than 80 minutes to London Paddington.

Leisure opportunities are plentiful ranging from delightful riverside ramble along the paths of the Avon, two golf courses, many pubs and restaurants, including historic coaching inns, and the Olympiad Leisure Centre, which includes multi purpose gym and both fun and traditional swimming pools.
