Devise a new home in Devizes

27th February 2008 Print
Homebuyers in the historic market town of Devizes in the heart of Wiltshire will soon be able to buy a new home at Bellway’s Synergy Park.

The elegant new development, which opens its doors on 8 March, is situated just off the London Road, Devizes and includes a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments and two- and three-bedroom houses, making it the perfect place for young professionals buying for the first time, for young families or those wanting to down-size.

The combination of well-designed new homes in the traditional setting of Devizes makes Synergy Park an appealing prospect. Homes there represent great value for money. First to launch are the apartments priced from £127,000 for a one bedroom apartment and from £146,000 for a two-bedroom apartment.

The apartment interiors have white oak veneer doors, built-in oven hob and cooker hood, audio entry systems, a washer-dryer and smart chrome door furniture. Each home has a parking space plus there is an abundance of visitor parking spaces.

The scheme is attractively designed with a generous amount of green space in the centre of the development.

Devizes offers an array of shops and supermarkets as well as leisure and entertainment venues including a theatre. The town is lively and bustling with annual highlights including the Beer Festival and August Carnival. Situated on the Kennet and Avon Canal, the rural surroundings are spectacular and include what has been described as the most picturesque golf course in the country.

And, when you need to travel swiftly, there are excellent road links and, nearby Chippenham station has train links to Bristol with a journey-time of 30 minutes and to London Paddington in around one hour and twenty minutes.

Sandra Barton, Sales Director of Bellway Wessex, says: “We are so pleased to be creating these new homes in Devizes. Our track record in the region speaks for itself. We are well-known now for creating homes that offer the style, design and affordability that you would wish from a new home combined with a sensitivity to local vernacular styles that means our homes blend in with the neighbourhood”.

She added: “To help ease the burden for buyers with homes to sell we are offering a Home Exchange scheme. This means that if you want to buy one of our homes, we’ll let you know if we can take on the task of selling yours”.

First occupations will be in Summer 2008 and the site will be completed by Spring 2009.

The Synergy Park Sales Centre is open Thursday – Monday 10am-4pm from 8 March. For further details visit Bellway.co.uk .
