Homebuyers looking for a new home, but worried about selling their existing property, will find help on hand from Redrow. The part exchange incentive on selected plots means Redrow will buy a customer’s existing property (subject to criteria) and effectively ‘swap’ it for a new home, taking the problem of finding a buyer, or becoming part of a chain, out of their hands and paving the way towards that new home.
