Out with the old, in with the new

1st April 2008 Print
Homebuyers looking for a new home, but worried about selling their existing property, will find help on hand from Redrow. The award-winning housebuilder is offering homehunters the opportunity to part-exchange, on selected plots, at developments across Wiltshire and Gloucestershire; helping those customers who need to sell up before moving in.

The part exchange incentive on selected plots means Redrow will buy a customer’s existing property (subject to criteria) and effectively ‘swap’ it for a new home, taking the problem of finding a buyer, or becoming part of a chain, out of their hands and paving the way towards that new home.

Sandra Hughes, sales manager for Redrow Homes (South West), said: “This is the ideal option for people who want to move right away, but are being held back by their current house. We can take care of all that for them, leaving them to concentrate on their dream Redrow property.

“Potential customers can visit any of our developments to chat to our experienced sales consultants about how this offer could work for them, while taking the opportunity to look around the fabulous homes we have for sale.”

Part exchange is one of the measures under the umbrella of ‘re:assure from Redrow’, which are all designed to give home buyers confidence and to help get them moving in the current housing market.

To provide added comfort and reassurance to prospective homebuyers, award winning Redrow Homes has extended its ‘house price protection’ promise – helping to protect the value of its customers’ new homes for up to three years.

As well as potentially protecting the value of their new home and part-exchange, Redrow’s ‘re:assure’ package includes a selection of other ways give people the help they need, when they need it. Examples include help with the monthly mortgage repayments for up to two years or helping out with the deposit, stamp duty or legal fees.

Redrow has an outstanding choice of properties in a wide variety of location across the region including Nailsworth, Malmesbury and Westbury.
