She added: "We've got the house and garden layout how we want it now and all that's left to do is find the perfect planting and to design the outside living area. It's ideal as its south facing so we get the sun all day. The whole house is perfect for us and because it's brand new we were able to move in straight away without having to worry about doing any costly renovations or repairs. I wanted to move quite quickly and because I was a cash buyer it was as easy as walking into the sales office, choosing my plot and being told when I could move in."
