Crest Nicholson launches new homes in Marlborough

This weekend (24 – 25 Jan) saw the launch of Crest Nicholson’s brand new development, St Johns Park in Marlborough, which included the unveiling of two stylish show homes.

Set in the picturesque market down of Marlborough the development, which is located to the east of the town centre, comprises 174 traditionally designed properties including three, four and five bedroom houses.

Visitors to the launch, which included members of the local business community, were invited to explore the development and its two attractive show homes – the Mayfair and Mayford.

The Mayfair is a four bedroom three storey town house with an unusually large master bedroom that boasts both an ensuite and dressing room, whilst the four bedroom Mayford offers an ensuite to the master bedroom as well as a spacious living room which opens out onto the garden. Both properties offer large open-plan kitchen and dining areas with the Mayfair’s breakfast area opening directly onto the garden.
