Regnum launches Bodrum’s first residences with private bay

The demand for property overseas has increased year upon year and there are now more than half a million Britons living abroad. The number of British people owning a property in Turkey has reached almost 15,000.

The minimum and maximum amounts allowed for the loans are €40,000 up to €200,000. The maximum permitted term is 20 years for someone up to the age of 70 years.
