Rowland Homes is the latest developer to impact on the key regeneration area in Chorley with a new venture of 106 properties, positioned at the very heart of the well-established community.

Launching this month, Cuerden Grange will offer a generous variety of ten different house types to cater for the full spectrum of buyers.

Those just beginning their journey up the property ladder are likely to find Rowland’s one and two-bedroom apartments an affordable and exciting first step, while families looking for a large home in which to settle will have an appealing choice of four detached styles to consider.

Buyers will find the three-storey living lifestyle catered for with the three-bedroom Lyon townhouse and some of Rowland’s most popular homes, the three-bedroom Brittany and Cherbourg mews will also be available.

This is Rowland’s largest residential development to date and provides the Leyland based company with an important presence on its doorstep, signalling its continued commitment to investing in the Lancashire area.

Andy Finch, sales and marketing director for Rowland Homes, said: “The positioning of Cuerden Grange is fantastic, it’s right at the heart of Buckshaw Village, located around a series of quiet cul-de-sacs and avenues, ensuring residents enjoy the authentic characteristics of village life.

“With such a wide choice of properties, the development will benefit from a strong identity within Buckshaw Village, enabling Cuerden Grange to stand out as a unique brand within the overall regeneration scheme. Rowland is one of the most well-established and recognised housebuilders in Lancashire. This is our chance to respond to the needs of the Chorley community and make our mark on Buckshaw Village in a typically impressive fashion.”

Cuerden Grange will be built in phases over a two-and-a-half-year period. Work has started on site and Rowland is expected to announce the start of phase one sales in February.

Rowland Homes has been building across Lancashire and the Fylde Coast for 14 years, establishing a strong presence in key locations such as Lytham, Blackpool and Wigan.

Operational throughout the North West, the company is currently responsible for developments in Liverpool, Wirral, Monton, Morecambe, Cheetwood and Mossley and has forthcoming sites in Widnes, Bolton, Stockport, Liverpool and Wirral.
