Redrow ‘homes in’ on Leyland

One of the lead house builders responsible for the ground breaking Buckshaw Village in Euxton is gearing up to launch its next new venture – in nearby Leyland. Redrow Homes, which also has its regional office at Matrix Park, at Buckshaw Village, will unveil its brand new 24-home development of two, three and four-bedroom family properties on Dunkirk Lane, with the opening of an on-site marketing suite this weekend. (Saturday 7th April).

The house builder is perhaps best known in the area for introducing its affordable range of low cost and award-winning Debut homes to Leyland and Chorley first time buyers in the last two years.

Christine Aitken, sales director for Redrow Homes (Lancashire) says: “We’re delighted to be officially launching The Orchards ‘on-site’ this Saturday and Sunday, in an area that’s so close to our own ‘home’.

The first collection of homes on release includes something for everyone – from the two-bedroom Canterbury, perfect for first time buyers or young professional couples to the three-bedroom Fairwood, an ideal property for starter families. There is also a selection of fabulous, family friendly four-bedroom detached homes on release, such as the Langdale, Lea and Roadford.

Prices for the two-bedroom terraced Canterbury currently start at just £134,995 rising to £259,995 for the largest four-bedroom home.

Christine adds: “We’re confident of a successful launch when we open our marketing suite next week – especially as those who reserve now will benefit from pre show home prices.”

The Orchards benefits from excellent commuter networks with Leyland train station just two miles away and Preston only ten miles away.

Redrow is also building new homes at various developments in and around the local area. The house builder’s innovative Debut homes are currently on sale at Buckshaw Village in Euxton, with prices from £91,995 for a two-bedroom house, if purchasers take advantage of a 10% deferred payment through the Easi-Buy scheme.

There are also detached homes currently on release at Worden Manor, which throughout April also include a free conservatory, while a new phase of homes is just about to launch at Worden Court – both within Buckshaw Village.

Redrow is also building new homes at Hallwood Gardens, Gillibrands Park, in Chorley.
