A show home interior at Worden Court Redrow hopes to continue it’s winning form at Buckshaw Village as the house builder gears up to launch the second phase of Worden Court in April. Following the success of the first phase at the Euxton development, Redrow is now releasing its second. This product has been so popular that Redrow have decided to build more to cope with the demand.

The wide range of house types offers customers stylish contemporary living coupled with modern home comforts.

Set among the innovative development of Buckshaw Village, the second phase of new homes is an exciting prospect for homebuyers in Lancashire.

Christine Aitken, sales director for Redrow (Lancashire) said: “We are delighted to be launching the next phase at Worden Court. The development offers buyers the opportunity to invest in this new community, which will in turn provide employment and economic growth for the whole area.

“The new homes that are being released this month cater for all buyers - we have modern apartments and large family-friendly homes, all located in this thrilling new venture.”

Among the new homes on release in the next phase at Worden Court is the Eden, a two-bedroom townhouse with a detached single garage. It boasts an en-suite bathroom, a downstairs cloakroom and under stairs storage, with prices from £157,995.

If buyers have growing families and need a larger property then a Lea home would be the perfect choice. A four-bedroom semi-detached home, it boasts a utility room, a separate dining area for family meals or entertaining friends, and a down stairs cloakroom as well as under stairs storage – with prices from £209,995.

Buckshaw Village is a visionary mixed-use scheme set in the heart of Lancashire, between the M6 and M61, near Chorley. Along with around 2,500 new homes planned for the development, there is an 80-acre business park called Matrix Park, with further commercial areas planned.

There are also proposals for a district shopping centre, provision for a new railway station with park and ride facilities, a primary school, health centre and outdoor sports amenities.

Redrow has a number of high profile developments at Buckshaw Village – including the award-winning Debut range of affordable starter homes. Currently on release are two-bedroom Debut homes from £91,995 if purchasers take advantage of a 10% deferred payment through the Easi-Buy scheme.

There are also detached homes currently on release at Worden Manor, also at Buckshaw Village, which throughout April include a free conservatory. Prices here start at £209,995 for a four-bedroom detached home.
