Interest high for canal-side apartments

With interest high in Barratt Manchester’s tranquil Waters Edge development in Bottom Mossley, just four apartments now remain for sale. The appropriately-named development, situated alongside and between the River Tame and Huddersfield Narrow Canal, has developed into a community over the last couple of years and now just a handful of two-bedroom Rannoch apartments are still available to buy.

And with a show apartment due to open at the end of February, sales negotiator Charlotte Abbott says the properties will not be around for long.

The Rannochs, which will be available to move into by March are on release at £146,400. There may also be discounts available for those in a position to move quickly.
