Bryant gets buyers moving with 10 year interest free loan

Purchasers at Bryant Homes' The Oaks development in Leyland are being offered the chance to buy their dream home but pay only 75% of the purchase price now through a new scheme called Market Plus.

Homeowners have the reassurance that they own 100% of their property from day one and, after contributing their 5% deposit, only need to find a mortgage on the remaining 70%. The other 25% is provided rent and interest free by Bryant Homes for up to ten years, at which point purchasers repay 25% of their home's current market value.

The scheme is flexible, allowing purchasers to repay the outstanding amount early or even make smaller one-off payments up to three times during the ten year period.
