Local school brightens up show home The new Cranage show home at George Wimpey's Millgate development in Bolton has received an infusion of colour thanks to the creative talents of local school pupils. Learners from St Michael's CE Primary produced various pieces of artwork that will be displayed in the show home on Crescent Road.

Miss Emily Warren, a teacher at St Michael's commented: "The children approached the task with loads of enthusiasm and this is evident in the imaginative and colourful pieces they created."

George Wimpey sales executive Gisele Atherton added: "It's great to get the local community involved as the Millgate development is very much community orientated. The children seemed to enjoy the project and the artwork always grabs the attention of visitors."

Millgate consists of 77 properties, including two bedroom apartments and three and four bedroom townhouses with prices starting from £118,995.

George Wimpey is currently offering a 110% Part Exchange scheme on selected townhouses at Millgate, including the four bedroom Cranage townhouse. The scheme is available to buyers who complete their purchase before the 27th June 2008 and provides the purchaser with a guaranteed buyer, a hassle free move and removes the financial burden of estate agent fees, whilst providing the buyer with a profit on their current home.

The Cranage features a large living/dining room, kitchen with breakfast area and cloakroom on the ground floor, three bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor and a further bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the second floor. A private garden and at least one allocated parking space are included in the price which starts from £189,995.

The superb location of Millgate, situated just outside Bolton town centre, puts the town's wide selection of High Street stores and independently owned shops, cafes, bars, night clubs and theatres all within easy reach.

For more information about the scheme, including full terms and conditions, visit the site on Crescent Road, which is open seven days a week, between 10am and 5.30pm or log onto Georgewimpey.co.uk.
