Howard's happy in his new Heysham home

Howard Weale and his partner Julie Sharples are so pleased with their new Miller Homes property that they are letting other potential buyers at "Millers Green" in Heysham look around their home, so they can see just how good it is.

Howard says: "Our new home is built to a very high standard and we are proud of it." Howard was previously living about half a mile away from the "Millers Green" development. He says: "I was living in a 2 bedroom cottage but needed more space when my eldest son decided to move back in." Howard and his partner Julie went to look at the "Millers Green" development and liked what they saw.

Howard continues: "It is a quiet area and it is clear nothing else could be built nearby. Both my partner and I like the sun and as the garden of our new home is south facing it is perfect for sitting out on a nice day."

Howard and Julie purchased a 4 bedroom ‘Croft' detached house on the new development. The ‘Croft' is a strikingly impressive home and it was this innovative design and curb appeal that attracted Howard and Julie. Howard says: "This house design gives us loads of space compared to other properties we had viewed."

Howard and Julie have now been in their new home for a month. Howard says: "When we moved in all our furniture fitted in perfectly. It was as if this house was made for us. We both love it here."
