Beck Homes is offering two-bedroom apartments at one-bedroom prices with its shared equity plan at The Moorings, Garstang. However, do not confuse shared equity with shared ownership, with the ‘Beckquity’ plan, the homebuyer owns 100 per cent of their new home.
