First time buyer bliss for Gemma

From first viewing to completion it took just six weeks for first time buyer Gemma Haig to secure the keys to her new dream apartment. 23-year old Gemma fell in love with the Taunton two bedroom apartment at Bryant Homes' The Oaks development in Leyland after visiting a number of other apartments in the area.

"I just couldn't fault anything with the Taunton," explained Gemma.

"I was really surprised at how quickly everything moved along and with the recent drop in interest rates, my mortgage is now even cheaper than when I first applied for it," added Gemma.
