Miller homes are in demand in Heysham

Miller Homes have stepped up the build programme at its ‘Miller Green’ development in Heysham to meet demand. The move releases more of their popular 3 and 4 bed detached homes for sale. We caught up with Kay Halls, Sales Manager to find out what has caused this rush onto the market.

Kay explained that the new homes – a mixture of 3 and 4 bed detached – were due for release later in the year. But the surge in sales, due in part to the popularity of a government-backed buying scheme and Miller Homes’ own initiatives, has prompted their early release:

“In less than a year, Miller Homes in the North West have taken over 125 reservations on HomeBuy Direct and our own shared equity scheme, MiWay. Both these schemes are incredibly popular as they provide interest-free loans, which can act as deposits. This enables buyers to get the best mortgage deals available.

“With house prices having dropped, and interest rates so low, these schemes allow buyers to buy at the best prices for decades, with some of the most affordable mortgages for years.”

The 3-bedroom homes being released are of the “Darwin” design with detached garage. These spacious family homes have a generous lounge that runs from the front to the back of the property.
