Family part-ex to dream home in Wesham

The couple used the house builder’s Part Exchange scheme* to buy their dream four bedroom detached home at its Crossing Gates development in Wesham. Under the scheme Bryant Homes bought the family’s previous home, a three bedroom Victorian terrace in Wesham at an agreed price, saving them the hassle of arranging viewings and paying estate agent’s fees.

Andrea, 43, said: “We had been thinking of moving for a while as we wanted more space for our daughter Erin who’s three. We wanted to buy somewhere with a bigger garden for her to play in and more room for all her toys.
