Basic packages are based on a 1/20th share providing one week's usage in winter and an additional 10 days during spring, summer or autumn. Clients have an option of 1/10th share (double the above costs) for a two weeks usage in winter. (There are between 5-15% discounts on larger fractions).

Fractional ownership of the Hyatt Main Street Station brings additional privileges included in the price with automatic membership of the Pioneer Club. The Club consists of a bar, executive board room, Independence Room (used for larger meetings, weddings, family reunions, etc), media room, fitness room with showers, steam room, lockers for long term storage, ski valet and lockers, concierge services and free local shuttle service. There is also private, heated parking under the building.
