Award winning housebuilder Barratt has released for sale the first properties at Water’s Reach in Hampton Vale, Peterborough – and many will boast views over a picturesque lake. It is the company’s second development in the Hampton area, and already it is attracting positive feedback from visitors, with location and mix of properties proving key draws.
