It’s now official! The show home at Charles Church’s Stapleford Park development in Great Cambourne is now open, so purchasers can see for themselves why the house builder is the name on the finest homes.

Around 20 guests and suppliers, including the Chairman of Cambourne Parish Council Councillor Ruth Poulton, joined Charles Church staff in The Stamford show home last Thursday (September 13). Champagne and canapés were served before Cllr Poulton and Managing Director John Mann cut the ribbon to mark the official opening. John Mann also made a speech, before picking out the raffle ticket of the lucky winner of a magnum of Champagne. The raffle helped to raise £117 for Charles Church’s chosen charity, Dreams Come True.

The Stamford is a traditional Charles Church home which has been beautifully decorated and furnished throughout and offers four bedrooms. The ground floor is home to a spacious lounge, dining room, study and open plan kitchen/breakfast room. Upstairs there are four bedrooms including the master suite which has two built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. A family bathroom serves the other bedrooms.

As with all homes at the development, The Stamford has been designed to the exacting standards that Charles Church has become renowned for. Specification throughout is second to none, with the majority of kitchens offering a choice of granite worktops and stainless steel range oven with 5 ring gas hob burner and chimney hood and an integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The bathrooms are equipped with white Sottini sanitaryware and thermostatic showers, some have chrome finish bath screens.

Stapleford Park offers a selection of one, two, three, four and five bedroom homes so has something to cater for all tastes and requirements. The development is in Great Cambourne - a self-community in the making which epitomises idyllic village life. It is also just six miles from the M11 and 11 miles from the A21. Cambridge city centre is only nine miles away.

With prices ranging from £199,995 and £624,995 and the show home and sales information centre open daily between 10am and 5pm, visit now to see the attraction of Stapleford Park. Alternatively visit Charleschurch.com for further details.
