Live the high life with Persimmon Hot on the Manolo Blahnik heels of the long awaiting release of the Sex & the City film taking place, Persimmon Homes East Midlands has launched a range of enticing apartments at the Beaufort Gardens development in St Neots. "Apartments have always been synonymous with stylish and continental living, and our beautiful and enviable selection of one and two bedroom flats at Beaufort Gardens don't disappoint," states Steve Matthews, sales director for Persimmon Homes East Midlands.

The apartments have been launched following the success of Persimmon's beautiful range of traditional three and four bedroom homes, which are proving popular among young couples and families alike. The apartments all come with a parking space and the two bedroom designs have been finished with en suite to the master bedroom and a family bathroom.

Buying a brand new home needn't be as expensive as first thought as Persimmon is offering purchasers the chance to take advantage of the Helping Hand scheme, which is available on selected properties and allows purchasers to own a home having initially paid for just 75 per cent of the value of the property. They have up to ten years to pay back the remaining 25 per cent of the current property price however if this is repaid within three years, buyers only pay back the initial 25 per cent.

Steve adds: "Helping Hand makes a real difference to such buyers as it allows them to take out a mortgage which they feel comfortable with to pay for the initial 75 per cent and hold off paying for the remaining 25 per cent for a few years until they feel more financially secure."

Take for example the one bedroom apartment priced at £159,995, with Persimmon's Helping Hand, purchasers would pay just £119,996.

Steve concludes: "In an increasingly difficult market we are doing everything we can to support househunters secure their dream home, which is why we're offering such a substantial incentive at Beaufort Gardens."

The development benefits from excellent access to major towns and cities with access to the north and south via the A1 and A428, making it ideal for commuters. Bedford is just a 20 minute drive away and Cambridge can be reached in 30 minutes, or leave the car at home, jump on the train and you can be in Kings Cross in 45 minutes.
