Bryant girl takes time off to purchase new place at Lark View

As a Homes Consultant for leading housebuilder Bryant, she assists everyone from first-time buyers budgeting to get their feet on the property ladder, to those looking for the right place to enjoy their retirement in the East Anglia region. So when it was time to hunt for the perfect place for herself, she found it in no time at the company's Lark View development in Thetford.

Susannah (28), who moved with her mum Patricia, chose the ‘Chatsworth', a three-bedroom end of terrace on a corner plot with a sizeable garden. Their attractive, flint-fronted home features a lounge/diner, a spacious kitchen/breakfast room and an en-suite to the master bedroom.

"I've always been really impressed with the build quality of Bryant's homes and through my job I get an insight into what to look out for," says Susannah, who currently works at The Rise, Bryant Homes' new development in Norwich.

"We also looked at new properties at the Blenheim Grange development near Watton in Norfolk, and Abbotsford Park at Moreton Hall in Bury St Edmunds. Although those are great locations too, Thetford is in a handy position for mum to get to work in Cambridge, and for me to travel to work at The Rise."

Susannah has worked as a Bryant Homes Consultant for nearly two years and says she really enjoys helping different people find the right home to suit their lifestyles and budgets.

"Having now seen the process through the eyes of a customer, I appreciate even more how big a part of life moving can be!" she says.

"Fortunately I received plenty of help from my colleagues at Lark View, Penny and Sarah, who made sure my move was just like our other customers' - as stress-free as possible!

"When we had completed our move, it felt a bit strange having the site manager around for a courtesy visit - that's usually something I arrange for other people - but mum and I are extremely happy with our new home."
