Dad ‘swaps’ his way to the perfect family home

A dad who previously hated moving home says the speed and effectiveness of Redrow's part-exchange service has changed his mind. Delighted Simon Woolley recently moved in to a new home at Redrow @ The Sycamore's in Ailsworth, near Peterborough, with his wife Corinne, 40, and six-month-old son Alexander, so his son could grow up in a village environment.

Simon added: "I grew up in a village and I wanted Alexander to enjoy his childhood in a similar setting. Living in the town centre we only had a balcony but here we have a lovely garden and plenty of space inside our new home."

Their new four-bedroom Milthorpe home certainly has lots of room for a growing family, with the spacious accommodation laid out over three floors.
