New homes released for sale in Peterborough

Following huge sales success at Stamford Homes’ Burghfield Place development in Peterborough – more new homes have now been released for sale. “For many, this could be a nightmare scenario, but we have developed a new initiative to help meet the needs of both customer and buyer.”

Following on from the huge success of the Stamford Assist scheme, where Stamford Homes use their expertise to help customers sell their own homes, the ASSIST Plus scheme gives added assistance where the home you want to buy then won’t be ready for several months.

While your buyers move into your home, Stamford Homes will ensure you do not lose your dream home by offering to pay your rent elsewhere for up to six months and even help to arrange the letting.

As part of ASSIST Plus, Stamford Homes will give customers a free introduction to one of its recommended letting agency partners, who will offer advice on a suitable rental home.

Peter Bond, added: “This scheme has been designed to assist all parties involved with the home buying process, and couldn’t be simpler.

“For the customer who has sold an existing home and needs to move before their new one is ready, we offer to pay their rent for up to six months. The customer is still able to meet the needs of their buyer, while securing their new home with us – even if it is several months away from completion.”

The ASSIST Plus scheme is available on selected homes at the Burghfield Place development at Gunthorpe, Peterborough – where current prices start from £138,000.
