Apartment living proves popular in Peterborough

28th May 2009 Print
Apartment living proves popular in Peterborough Chic, contemporary and classy – all terms associated with apartment living, a trend that Peterborough-based Stamford Homes has perfected over the years.

With experience of building classic and modern apartments throughout the region, Stamford Homes has its finger on then pulse of apartment living – and no more so than on its doorstep.

The last remaining apartment at the popular Inspire development on Lincoln Road has now been sold, but customers looking for a desirable design in a sought-after location still have plenty to choose from.

The H20 apartment development at Hampton Vale was launched just a few weeks ago – but already, over half the homes have been sold.

Seven of the 13 apartment have been reserved by customers looking for something chic, affordable and within easy reach of local amenities.

The range of ground and first floor two-bedroom apartments at H20 start from £130,000, and come complete with balcony and allocated parking.

Also available is the luxurious three-bedroom Penthouse apartment, the jewel in the crown of the development with stunning views across the lake. This has a price tag of £230,000.

However, customer can benefit from a scheme that allows them to own 100 per cent of their new home, but pay just 75 per cent for it.

The innovative 75/25 scheme gives customers the chance to reserve the home of their choice, and ensuring that legal completion is within a specified timescale, Stamford Homes will pay the remaining 25 per cent by means of an interest free loan, to be paid off in up to 10 years.

And with no deposit required, 75/25 has already proved hugely popular with first time buyers, and is currently available at H20.

The apartments occupy a prime location on the edge of Stamford Homes’ development, close to the one of the lakes where wildlife experts have created a habitat to encourage a wide selection of animal and bird life including the protected Great Crested Newt.

H20 perfectly compliments Stamford Homes’ adjacent Blue Water Rise development of modern homes, where the last remaining four-bedroom homes are currently for sale.

The sales and marketing suite is open from Thursday to Monday between 10.30am and 5pm. For more information, visit stamford-homes.co.uk.
