Stamford Homes has announced the release of a new phase of homes at the popular Burghfield Place development in Gunthorpe, Peterborough.

The selection of new styles, which are due for completion in Winter 2009, include two-bedroom coach houses and two, three and four-bedroom terraced and detached homes.

The homes all come with parking space or garage, and prices currently start from £137,500.

The newly released two bedroom homes are also eligible for the Government’s shared equity scheme; under Home Buy Direct, customers can own 100 per cent of the home for 70 per cent of the price, and a deposit may not be required.

The remaining 30 per cent is met through a repayable loan, made by the Government and Stamford Homes.
