Connells reports swift sales at Iffley Park Sales at Banner Homes development in Iffley, just outside Oxford have been so brisk that the house builder has recently released a second phase of three and four bedroom houses.

“We have also reserved 50% of the two bedroom apartments at Iffley Park,” says Jason Wright of selling agents Connells. “Undoubtedly one of the major attractions of the development is its superb location and a variety of house styles which appeal to families, commuters and downsizers alike.
