A local seal of approval Getting a local’s seal of approval for a new homes development is often hard, but award-winning homebuilder Linden Homes Thames Valley have received just that at Cherwell Gate, Linden’s prestigious new development in Banbury, Oxfordshire. After appointing Connells as the selling agents, Linden was thrilled to find that its New Homes Sales Manager, Kelly Sharman has been a resident of Banbury all her life.

Not only does Kelly bring a wealth of experience to the role, having worked in the housing industry since leaving college, but also she is personally very impressed with the homes and has given Cherwell Gate her stamp of approval.

Kelly comments: “Connells is delighted to be working with such a prestigious homebuilder as Linden Homes. At Cherwell Gate, Linden has created an inspiring scheme and with 14 different house types on offer there is truly something for everyone. Furthermore, as the only development in Banbury to feature large detached homes, interest is high.”

Kelly continues: “Having lived in Banbury all my life, I am always interested in new developments and I can truly say that Cherwell Gate is definitely a once in a lifetime opportunity and well worth visiting. The homes have a meticulous attention to detail and a luxury finish, while the traditional exteriors and contemporary interiors make them perfect for modern lifestyles. If I was looking for a family home I would move to Cherwell Gate in an instant!”

Zoe Dobbs, Sales and Marketing Director for Linden Homes Thames Valley, comments: “We are thrilled that Kelly is so impressed with the homes. Having this approval, in addition to Connells’ local expertise, means that our customers will receive a top class service and be provided with all the information they need to make the right move to Cherwell Gate.”

The stunning homes at Cherwell Gate have a superb specification, with each kitchen featuring designer fitted units with a choice of co-ordinating granite worktops* and a wealth of fitted appliances, including an electric stainless steel double oven, an integrated dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The contemporary bathrooms are completed with pristine white sanitaryware and complementary chrome taps creating a peaceful haven to unwind at the end of the day.

Banbury is ideal for commuters with the M40 easily accessible and providing links to London, Oxford and Birmingham. Banbury train station is ideally located less than a mile away and has services to London Paddington in approximately 80 minutes.
