- Linden then instructs its preferred estate agent to sell the customers property within a prearranged and specified time period. Linden works closely with the agent to ensure the property is frequently advertised and that all viewings/leads are followed up. The customer is given regular progress updates
- Any offers are immediately put forward for consideration, and if a sale is agreed the buyer can proceed with purchasing their new home
