Gary moves into dream job in Faringdon Visitors to Folly Park View development in Faringdon are guaranteed a warm welcome by Gary Somerville who has joined the Bloor Homes’ team of Sales Advisors.

Gary has a wealth of experience in the housing market. He set up his own property agency in Marbella, Spain, and on returning to live in the UK, worked for David Wilson Homes in Banbury.

HomesStart2 offers buyers the opportunity to initially pay just 85 per cent of the property price, with the remaining 15 per cent payable at any time within the first ten years. So the remainder could be repaid when the house is sold, when a purchaser’s financial circumstances improve, or simply by remortgaging at the end of the ten year period. This 15 per cent will be calculated at the current market value at the time it is repaid.
