Last chance for award-winning homes
Persimmon’s award-winning Chapel development is returning to Southampton for a third and final phase. The development, which was one of just five developments across the UK to claim a Building for Life Gold Standard and was also shortlisted for Best Brownfield development in the Mail on Sunday property awards, has released properties on phase three for sale.
The phase comprises of 37 units of one and two bedroom apartments and two bedroom duplexes all with secure, under croft parking. This will be the final phase at Chapel and already looks set to be a sell-out judging by the high levels of interest already received from Southampton house hunters.
Rob Allen, sales director for Persimmon Home South Coast, comments: “Chapel has been really popular with the local residents, and with this phase our final in Southampton for the foreseeable future, it really is a last chance for local purchasers to have their own award-winning home.”
Chapel in Southampton currently comprises of 174 apartments and townhouses situated between Southampton town centre and the waterfront. Two show apartments are scheduled to launch during February.
The development of 174 apartments has been credited with transforming a previous ‘no-go area’ into an area of regeneration, prompting investment in a new park and the refurbishment of a disused footbridge across rail tracks connecting to the town centre.
Prices start from £139,950 for a one bedroom property and from £151,950 for a two bedroom home. For further information on the properties available, visit persimmonhomes.com.
