Emma (30) works for a city finance firm, while husband Gareth (36) is the head of trading for a hedge fund. Emma and Gareth have already sold their home in Worcester Park, Surrey and are looking forward to summer in their new home.
Commenting on their purchase Emma said: “We didn’t want to live in London, as we felt we would get more for our money on the outskirts and have a better quality of life. Emma added: “We paid £385,000 for our four bedroom detached home. We have bought off plan which has given us the opportunity to really put our stamp on the house from the beginning. We have upgraded tiles and kitchen work surfaces, bathroom tiles and the shower in the in the family bathroom. What I am most excited about, is having my very own utility room”!
