It’s always going to be a huge compliment when a customer comes back to you for further business – and especially rewarding in the world of housing development.

Charles Church has recently enjoyed such an occasion with the Adams family at Elvetham Heath in Fleet, who have recently moved into their brand new four-bedroom Rochford house type at The Beeches.

Having previously lived happily in another part of Elvetham Heath since 2002 – a Rodean housetype - David and Tracy Adams recently relocated with three-year old daughter Freya and one-year-old son Miles to another part of the development to enjoy a bigger garden and more space within the property – and wanted to do it all with Charles Church!

“We needed to make the move so that we had more space and wanted to do it with Charles Church, as they are simply the best developer,” said Tracy.

“The previous place was fine and in an ideal location, but we needed to be in a better place for space reasons and wanted to be in a Charles Church home,” she added.

The attraction of staying on Elvetham Heath has clearly been a factor for the family, who see it as its very own small village with good amenities and picturesque surroundings.

“I think there are a few things that keep us at the development,” said Tracy.

“Mainly it’s the surrounding nature reserve woodland and the fact that it has such a tremendous community spirit - combined with the excellent commuting links to London for David who works in Canary Wharf.”

With housing development in the family, Tracy had been pointed in the direction of Charles Church by her father, who has many years experience in property development, who had informed her of the company’s attention to deal and quality.

“We knew that we wanted a Charles Church house the first time we bought and it was what we definitely wanted this time too,” Tracy added. “The service has been really good throughout the move. Obviously, moving house is never trouble free, but it was made easier by the Charles Church staff,” Tracy concluded.
