Second phase launched at Barratt development in Havant

The event celebrated the launch of the second phase of building at the site, and attractions included clowns, face painters and a barbecue. In addition to all the fun, mortgage advisers were on hand to offer expert financial advice to anyone interested in buying a property.
“The day provided an excellent opportunity to talk to buyers in a relaxed atmosphere,” said Barratt Homes’ sales director Catherine Ferguson. “Staunton Place offers a nice mixture of homes, and we welcomed first-time buyers as well as families, and financial incentives included five per cent deposit paid.
“It’s a great location,” she continued. “The development has communal gardens with specially commissioned sculptures and Havant is a thriving market town with plenty going in. We’re also close to Portsmouth, Chichester and the Isle of Wight, so there are lots of attractions for all age groups within easy reach.”
Staunton Place will eventually provide 257 one, two, three and four-bedroom homes. The second phase includes one, two, three and four bedroom houses, with prices starting from £131,995, and four-bedroom houses priced from £254,995. All come with allocated parking and some will also have garages.
Apartments are still available from the first phase. Prices for one-bedroom apartments start from £132,995 and prices for two-bedroom units range from £148,995 to £178,995. All have allocated parking.
The family fun day will be held from 11am to 4pm on Saturday 15 September. For details of the event and current availability at Staunton Place log on to Barratthomes.co.uk.
