Part exchange for a hassle free move

25th September 2007 Print
Moving to a larger home may be easier than you think - especially if you would like to buy a family house at Barratt Homes’ exclusive Aspirations in the pretty market town of Lymington.

The developer is holding a special part exchange weekend promotion at Aspirations on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th September, to offer individual advice and information to people who want to move up to a larger property.

“We aim to show people that part exchange is a great way to trade up to a bigger home,” reports Carolyn McKee, Barratt Homes’ on-site sales negotiator.

“Part exchange options include a guaranteed fixed price offer on a buyer’s current home within 48 hours and ensures a stress free move, without agency fees and any of the worry of dealing with viewers or unstable chains.

“For buyers who are not moving to a larger property, our Agency Selling Service can still offer a hassle free way to move,” Carolyn continued. “We will sell their present property on their behalf. Once again, this means no chain, no estate agent's fees and no bridging loans.”

“We often see people going through an awful time trying to sell an existing property so we aim to make buying a Barratt Home property as easy as possible. We also offer a House to Home bespoke removal package, which is included in the price of the new house. A packing and unpacking service that takes away the stress of moving.”

Launched recently, Aspirations is located off Southampton Road in Lymington. When complete, it will offer high specification three, four and five-bedroom houses.

Carolyn continued: “This development will attract a wide range of buyers – from working couples to families looking for a modern home in a beautiful setting – and we’ve already had a lot of interest. The show home will open later in the autumn and current prices range from £299,995 for the smaller homes to £599,995 for the five-bedroom houses.”

Nestling between the New Forest National Park and the Solent, the Georgian town of Lymington is a well-known sailing resort, hosting a number of yachting events in conjunction with Cowes on the Isle of Wight. The town offers excellent shopping facilities, including a weekly Saturday market, and the nearby national park is the ideal setting for walking, horse riding and outdoor activities.

The cities of Southampton and Bournemouth are close by and the nearby M27 offers easy access to the south coast and for the M3 to Winchester and London.
