You’ve got a friend at French Quarter Thanks to a recommendation from a friend coupled with an impressive and efficient sales experience, first time buyers, Clare Reef, 22, and her partner Daniel Stanford, 23, are enjoying life in their new apartment at Linden Homes’ French Quarter development in Southampton.

With phase one of the development, Kimber House all sold off plan, Clare and Daniel were among the lucky buyers who secured their purchase of a two bedroom home in a focal site on the changing skyline of Southampton.

Clare says: “Daniel was working as a contractor at Linden Homes’ Tudor Wood development in Northlands Road, Southampton when he heard about the new apartments for sale at French Quarter. A close family friend had also been singing Linden Homes’ praises after buying a new home at the Foxbury Place development in Fareham. We were both eager to buy our first home and move back to Southampton which is where we were both raised. With Daniel’s first-hand knowledge of Linden’s build quality and the personal recommendation we received, we knew we had to take a look for ourselves!”

“To top it all we were able to choose our preferred colour schemes and carpets for the apartment from the Linden Options range and the kitchen comes complete with a cooker and washer dryer – we really couldn’t have asked for more!”

Commenting on the location of the French Quarter, Clare says: “The area is surrounded with medieval features and history, and we are so close to parks and the water. It really is a beautiful part of town. The local selection of great restaurants and bars is also a huge draw as we love socialising with friends.”
