University sweethearts get a good deal in Basingstoke

University sweethearts Marc Wheeler and Gina Bartle, both 22, are buying a duplex apartment in Berkeley Homes’ landmark Skyline Plaza nineteen storey development at Basingstoke.

“It’s exactly what we wanted, at a price we could afford. Skyline Plaza was by far the best we saw,” says Gina. “We made up our minds to buy a place of our own once we finished our degrees. I work here and we know Basingstoke really well. It’s a great place to live.”

Gina and Marc both have full time jobs in the IT industry. Marc has to drive to work near London so easy access to the nearby M3 motorway was vital.
