Barratt strengthens part-exchange team

Barratt Southampton’s increasingly popular part exchange offer has prompted the appointment of Donna Warr as its part exchange manager at the division’s headquarters in Hedge End. Donna has worked in the property business for 22 years, bringing a wealth of experience to the sales team. Prior to joining Barratt, Donna spent seven years each with Bryant Homes in Chandlers Ford, McCarthy and Stone in Bournemouth and also for David Wilson.

“Donna and I worked together previously for five years at Bryant Homes so it’s great to have her on board and know that she can take charge of our part exchange department,” said Catherine Ferguson, Barratt sales director.

Donna’s new role at Barratt Southampton will include overseeing agency sales and part exchange, valuations, offers and coordinating the purchasing and resale of part exchange properties.
