Barratt helps buyers onto property ladder in Southampton

First time buyers in Southampton are expected to be quick off the mark to reserve a new home at Hollybrook Lodge where Barratt is offering its Money Match deal on new apartments.

Barratt is set to take the wraps of the Coxford Road development on Saturday 26th April and under the Money Match deal the housebuilder is offering to match a buyer’s five per cent deposit with the same amount – effectively doubling their contribution.

Barratt sales director Catherine Ferguson said that the first steps onto the housing ladders are the toughest, and Barratt is committed to helping young buyers.

“It’s a difficult time for those looking to purchase a starter home which is why Barratt is offering this incentive to help them out. We will match the funds saved by a first time buyer for their deposit, she said.”
