Barratt sales negotiator buys at Oceana Boulevard

First-time buyer Kelly Page (21) knew she was on to a good thing when she bought a home at Barratt's Oceana Boulevard development in Southampton - as she was previously a sales negotiator at the site.

"I worked at Oceana Boulevard when it first opened, but left Barratt for a year and wasn't actually employed by the company when I bought a one-bedroom home there," Kelly said.

"I knew the apartment had been built to a high standard, and I was able to take advantage of one of Barratt's special deals for first-time buyers."

Kelly, who has since returned to Barratt and is now working as a sales negotiator at the Hollybrook Lodge development in Coxford Road Southampton, is delighted with her new home.
